What happens to your data
MEKGO will delete or anonymise customer-account data that is no longer required after verifying the request.
Completed Jobs, service history, warranties, invoices, payments, rewards-ledger entries and security or audit records may be retained where required for service, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal obligations. Retained records are minimised and access-controlled.
MEKGO will review the request and contact the verified account holder if identity or retention details need confirmation.
